Make the most of this exciting opportunity to join our vibrant and multi-award winning team as a Business Intelligence Support (Graduate), working on a part-time (0.5 FTE) fixed-term basis (estimated 6 months) providing business insights and helping us to develop a roadmap towards more robust reporting solutions.

The right individual will have a good working knowledge of excel and comfortable in pulling together various extracts and manipulating data to deliver reports and insights, as well as being self-driven and motivated and able to work autonomously.

The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • A good working knowledge of excel with good database skills
  • Excellent eye for identifying errors, and well-developed attention to detail
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and professional manner
  • Ability to interpret and leverage data insights to enhance business performance and the guest experience
  • An aptitude for fast-changing tools and technologies that help deliver, manage, measure, and improve the guest experience
  • Highly motivated and accountable, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tertiary graduate or studying towards qualifications in relevant field
  • A good working knowledge of SQL (desirable)

Whilst the Tasmanian Walking Company is based in Northern Tasmania, the successful applicant does not need to be based at our head office and can work remotely.
