The Mainland region is undergoing a growth phase with the introduction of a number of new walks, such as Kangaroo Island. Make the most of this exciting opportunity to join our vibrant and multi-award team, as a full-time Northern Regional Experience Manager, and assist in delivering and establishing these new products. The Regional Experience Manager role will have you regularly jetting off between Melbourne and Adelaide in order to manage the Australian Walking Company experiences. With flexibility to operate out of Adelaide, Melbourne or Launceston, our Northern Regional Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring the ultimate guest experience at each walk within their assigned regional area, by maintaining and managing excellent service standards and safety, effective systems and procedures, and the training, management and support of your team.
This role will allow you to apply your management, training and development skills, and provides an opportunity to lead a growing team of enthusiastic and passionate individuals across Northern Territory and Victoria. To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for the multi-day walking industry as a whole!
