Expedition Walks are designed for guests looking to push their limits and experience an adventure like no other, testing themselves against the elements. These 7-8 day walks are for those drawn to the harsher aspects of nature’s beauty. Expedition Walks take place mostly during the off-season, when the days are shorter and colder.
Traversing awe-inspiring snowy terrains, vibrant rain soaked forests, dramatic windswept button grass plain can be challenging, but guests are often rewarded by mist-crowned mountains and frost bejewelled tarns. Upon reaching the private lodges or cabins, each night guests can relax and enjoy exceptional local food and wine while gathered around the roaring fires, sheltered from the elements.
