Cradle Mountain / Overland Track    March 2011

Walk review from Andrew Milne, Cradle Mountain / Overland Track

A group of 10 from Perth walked the Overland Track from the 15th to the 20th of March, with guides Tonia and Sam.

The group was assembled by native Tasmanian legal eagle Bill Groves, for moral support in his third attempt to reach the top of Mt Ossa.

We had amazing weather: clear, bright and sunny most of the time.

Bill Groves achieved his ambition, and the rest of wondered what had taken him so long.

This was a wonderful walk, made even better by the diligence and attentiveness of our guides.
