What we are looking for?
With over 8 different locations to choose from, working with TWC gives you the freedom to guide in a diverse range of tracks and areas. We are looking for guides who have a strong background and genuine care for the natural environment, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to connect people to places through immersion and interpretation of the wild places we walk through.

What's it like to be a guide?
"I love guiding at TWC because I get to explore incredible landscapes, swim in crystal blue water, hang out with interesting people and get paid for it! The job offers flexibility and is perfect if you are studying or want to intersperse work with travel. Guiding is a great opportunity to further your communication, leadership and relationship-building skills, and you get to meet people from all over Australia and the world. About Us
The Tasmanian Walking Company have been walking for over 37 years, offering amazing wilderness experiences to our guests in some of Tasmania's most special and remote wilderness locations. We work to deliver a truly immersive experience as we create connections between people and places in remote cultural landscapes through our boutique multi-day walking experiences. Whilst our roots lie in Tassie, we operate on mainland Australia as The Australian Walking Company and are excited to be experiencing a growth phase in the business as we introduce a number of new walks in the Northern Territory and Kangaroo Island.
