Your company offers a good balance of walking and time to relax and unwind. The food can only be described as exceptional and our guides (Maddy, Jay and Tony), unique. Clearly they are special young people who are competent, capable and fun.
So many highlights including - the walking, the scenery, the lodges, the guides and the food. For me as a coeliac, it was especially enjoyable to have my own tasting plate of Tasmanian products and most of all, not to get sick on the trip
