Cradle Mountain / Overland Track    January 2019

Jane's review of the Overland Track

The most brilliant way of enjoying a fabulous long distance walk without having to carry heavy camping gear and food .

Staying in beautiful comfortable wooden huts with lovely decks tucked away out of sight on the edge approached by tiny unmarked trails is so special. The huts are fabulous ,the fires are lit and the food is delicious ..the guides are knowledgable and fun and totally professional and the walking is manageable . It’s not too easy and it’s not too hard . The side trips to waterfalls and to climb Mt Ossa or Mt Doris are fabulous and add yet more variety to an astonishing journey. It’s an up market trip from start to finish and the company are totally trustworthy and enthusiastic about what they do - they have found a perfect balance and offer people like myself who couldn’t do this walk alone the opportunity to achieve and witness something wonderful and life-enhancing in a stress-free way.
