Meals designed by our in house chef

We believe that food should be part of the experience, never an afterthought. We have our own in-house chef design all meals and train our staff in their preparation to ensure they are both healthy and delicious. We source as much of our food and produce locally. Using a local butcher for our meat supplies and the herb garden at our walkers’ base for trip supplies.      Continue reading

Light backpacks

For many the thought of carrying a 20kg backpack is enough reason not to go walking. We provide a back pack for you to use on your walk and have a detailed gear list so you are not carrying too much. We give back to the community

Each year we contribute to our Tasmanian community and the Australian community at large. We employ over 100 local staff, support local food and wine producers and support a number of charitable organisations.
