Bay of Fires / East Coast    January 2017

Walk review from Michael, Bay of Fires / East Coast Tasmania

Hi I just completed the Bay of Fires Walk with Justin and Anthea as our guides.

I wanted to let you know it surpassed all expectations and was truly a life-memorable experience. It certainly helped we had perfect weather. It's such a magical part of Australia - the colours, the water (we swam constantly), the air, flora and fauna. And almost to ourselves.

Our guides were wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, patient. They had perfect timing, involving themselves without intruding too much - pretty much part of the family in just a few days. The food and accomodation were sensational. The hosts at the Lodge were fantastic too - lovely touches like permanent cakes were a surprise. As was the foot bath at the end of the walk. So very well curated. And my 90 minute treatment with Nicole was one of the best I have had, and I have had a few! We were very impressed too with the smooth logistics in what must be a very challenging operating environment. Your preparations for blisters and other medical issues were very considered. Enjoyed the visit to Apogee too.

Thank you, my compliments to everyone.
