Bay of Fires / East Coast    February 2013

Walk review from Fiona, Bay of Fires / East Coast Tasmania

I just wanted to let you know that we had a FANTASTIC time on the BOF walk from Feb 9 - 12.

Not being seasoned walkers made for some challenging - but ultimately rewarding - moments.

Our delightful guides, Diana and Ed were exceptional. From their first cheery greeting and firm handshake when we got off the bus, to their knowledge of all things botanical/environmental, plus their culinary skills and constant 'joie de vivre' made the entire experience very, very memorable. Those two were indefatigable!

The vistas were breathtaking and the food and accommodation were beyond our expectations. In fact, the whole walk was!

As a group, we were trying to nail down what the 'x factor' was with the organisation, staff and experience, and could only really put it down to high calibre company values and an enrolling mission that each and every one of the staff seem to embody. For this, the organisation must be saluted.

So thank you all, once again, from the bottom of our hearts (and our weary, blistered soles).
