Milton Carruthers

Cradle Mountain / Overland Track    April 2011

Walk review from Milton Carruthers, Cradle Mountain / Overland Track

A wonderful trek. Initial apprehension about the famous Tassie weather evaporated into glorious sunshine, magnificent views, great company and delicious meals. Highlights would have been the summits of Cradle & Ossa, plus all the fantastic side trips conjured up by Hannah and John. Best guides!! The weather on the last two days turned typically Tasmanian, however this only provided the contrast, so that we could experience all the wonders of the Park. Thank you to Christophe (the other trekker) and our guides, Hannah and John. You all helped make a remarkable journey.
