The Bay of Fires sparkles naturally, so it’s the perfect destination to celebrate with a glass of fizz. We’ll toast and taste Tasmania's World-Class Sparkling Wines on pure white sands, overlooking azure blue waters and from the celebrated decks of the Bay of Fires Lodge.
We’re partnering with Effervescence Tasmania and the best sparkling producers of Tasmania to make every November walk of 2019 even more special. Each evening, surrounded by stunning scenery, we’ll pair different Tassie sparklings from different makers with delicious food. Vintage sparklings, rosés, the brightest and freshest bubbles, new varietals and cutting edge makers will sparkle like our brilliant east coast waves.
Pristine waters, starry skies, pure white sands and glasses of effervescent fizz will make this month unforgettable remember.
A Sparkling Takeover
A sparkling takeover of our multiple award-winning signature Bay of Fires Lodge Walk itinerary, each evening we’ll add different sparkling wines to our list sourced from the best producers around Tasmania.
- Taste a range of the diverse styles of Tasmanian sparkling wines- sparkling Rieslings, blanc de blancs, vintage and rosé from the likes of Josef Chromy, Clover Hill and Moorilla.
- Enjoy a Lodge foot spa with Sparkling
- Final farewell Sparkling before leaving the Bay of Fires Lodge!
- We’ll still serve a selection of Tasmanian white and red wines and Tasmanian beer.
